If it becomes necessary to refill your medications between appointments, please allow at least 24 hours for prescriptions to be phoned to pharmacies and at least 48 hours to process requests for written prescriptions. Chronic or long-term medication refills require an office visit before they may be refilled.

A medical release form must be signed in order to obtain a copy of your medical records or to have them sent to another health care provider.
