How do I make a payment to 1st choice?

View your statement and make your payment online through our Patient Portal. At 1st Choice Healthcare, we maintain an open-door policy, providing timely, affordable and accessible medical care to our patients. We accept: Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance Plans, Cash or Check, Credit Cards, and Sliding fee/discount payments.

How do I make an appointment with 1st choice healthcare?

1st Choice Healthcare has 26 providers in our six locations across Northeast Arkansas. To make an appointment, call our office during regular business hours. Please call in advance for non-urgent appointments so that we may schedule a date and time to fit your convenience.

Does first choice offer tele-health visits?

How long does it take to refill a prescription?

If it becomes necessary to refill your medications between appointments, please allow at least 24 hours for prescriptions to be phoned to pharmacies and at least 48 hours to process requests for written prescriptions. Chronic or long-term medication refills require an office visit before they may be refilled.

Chronic pain – pain lasting more than six (6) months – is a growing problem in our country. As our population ages, more and more patients are experiencing chronic pain. Chronic pain is difficult to treat because treatment often consists of highly addictive medications.

Why do you need a medical release form?

A medical release form must be signed in order to obtain a copy of your medical records or to have them sent to another health care provider. What is the right of a patient?

The patient has the right to obtain complete and current information. The patient has the right to examine and receive an explanation of his bill. The patient has the right to receive the information necessary to give informed consent prior to the start of any procedure or treatment.
