Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24-hours notice. Failure to do so will result in a $50 no-show/late cancellation fee for office visits and a $100 no-show/late cancellation fee for surgery.

Payment Options

We accept checks, cash and credit cards. We also offer flexible payment plans. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.

Insurance & Billing

We accept most traditional insurance plans. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Qualifications for insurance coverage may differ due to the uniqueness of each procedure. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dermatologist.
