Access Patient Portal. Click Settings > Patient Portal . The Patient Portal Dashboard page launches in a web browser. An alternate way to access the Patient Portal is to: Open a web browser and type portal.kareo.com in the address bar. Click For Doctors on the bottom. The Patient Portal landing page opens. Click Sign in on the upper right.

How to get temporary sign in information?

Complete the Enrollment Request. Log in to your email for your one-time username and password. Click on the link within the email to access the portal.

Can you copy and paste on the Patient Portal?

Yes. Online Patient Portal passwords are encrypted and the webpages are designed so that the information cannot be copied and pasted. You and authorized family members are the only ones who can access your Online Patient Portal. Also, a timeout feature protects your information if you leave the page open.

Can a family member access the Patient Portal?

Yes, you can give family members such as parents, children or health care proxies access to the Online Patient Portal. This needs to be done within your healthcare facility and requires consent from you and your family member (s). Contact Health Information at 601-553-6109 to get started.
