During registration at an ARHS facility or practice, you will receive information regarding our patient portal.

Once you have downloaded and opened the app, you will need to click on My Recent Portals and select either US States > Kentucky > Appalachian Regional Healthcare or Near Me > Appalachian Regional Healthcare if you have location services enabled.
