Appalachian Regional Healthcare System (ARHS) offers a FollowMyHealth® Patient Portal that provides anywhere, anytime access to certain personal health records. During registration at an ARHS facility or practice, you will receive information regarding our patient portal.

How do I access the Appalachian Regional healthcare app?

Once you have downloaded and opened the app, you will need to click on My Recent Portals and select either US States > Kentucky > Appalachian Regional Healthcare or Near Me > Appalachian Regional Healthcare if you have location services enabled.
