Where is the outpatient pharmacy at ARMC?

If you plan to use the ARMC Outpatient Pharmacy, it is located on the first floor of the Outpatient Care Center and is open 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday - Friday and 8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on weekends and holidays. Patient Advocate: ARMC has a patient representative who serves as an advocate for your healthcare needs.

With our Patient Portal, you can securely access your health information and communicate with your AtlantiCare Physician Group providers. Sign up online * or we can help you enroll at your next visit. *To enroll online, you'll need the email address you provided at your last visit or your MRN (Medical Records Number).

If you wish to speak with the patient advocate, please call 909-580-3535 . Other Members: You may see other members of your health care team such as respiratory therapists, pharmacists, physical therapists, X-ray technologists, lab technicians, and others.

If you have any questions about your diet, please call 909-580-0035 . Chaplain: Chaplains are available to provide pastoral care for you and your family. For chaplain assistance, please ask your nurse, or call 909-580-1019 . Planning your discharge: Your successful recovery and discharge are our highest priorities.

How often do nurses round patients?

To ensure the best quality care, all patients in hospital units are visited in one-hour intervals (hourly rounding) by nursing staff between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m., and at least every two hours between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. On rounding visits, the nursing staff member will perform these tasks for you: 1 Check your pain level 2 Provide medication as needed 3 Offer you toileting assistance 4 Make sure you are in a comfortable position and assist you with repositioning 5 Make sure your essential needs (call light, tissue, water, phone, etc.) are within reach 6 Find out if you have any questions or if there is anything else you need 7 Let you know what time the next rounding visit will occur

Is ARMC a teaching hospital?

There are many other staff members who are here to make your stay safe and pleasant including dietary staff, security, admitting, the business office, housekeeping and maintenance. As ARMC is a teaching hospital, students may comprise part of your healthcare team.

How long after a hospital report is available?

Other information, such as radiology reports, is available 14 days after the reports are finalized.

What is health records online?

Health Records Online enables you to manage your health anytime using your computer, smartphone or tablet. Connect with your doctors no matter where you are, at home, around town, or out of state.

Can you share your health records with other providers?

No. Only you may elect to share summaries of your care with other healthcare providers. We do not share your personal information and strictly follow our Privacy Policy. You may read the policy online or when you enroll in Health Records Online.
