Your office visit co-payment. If a referral is required. Coordinate all required referrals with your primary care physician and submit to your AGA physician at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

It is always easy to schedule an appointment. I never have to wait long before I am called back to see the doctor. Everyone from the front office staff to nurses to physicians are extremely professional and very friendly… I am very pleased with my treatment at this office. It may sound funny to hear this given the nature of what is done here, but this office is actually quite a fun place to visit.
