The Augusta Health patient portals provide secure, online access to health information for patients and their families. We offer two portals, one for hospital patients and one for patients of Augusta Health Medical Group practices.
How do I get technical support for my Patient Portal?
If you are already a patient portal user and need technical support, please call 877-621-8014. You shouldn't have to wait to get your health information. Now, you don't have to! Introducing Virtually Informed Patient (VIP). By simply signing up to be a VIP, you get instant access to medical records, test results and your healthcare team.
How do I request an invitation to the new patient portal?
If you would like to request an invitation to the new patient portal to access records post-transition (May 10, 2021-current) please click here to send an email.

For hospital patients, including the Emergency Department and Urgent Care centers.
MyOffice Portal
For Augusta Medical Group (AMG) patients who visit our Primary and Specialty Care offices, and our Convenient Care Clinics.
