Q. What is the MEDENT Patient Portal? A. The MEDENT Patient Portal provides you with secure, online access to portions of your medical records, as well as an easy and convenient way to communicate with the practice through a secure internet connection.
The information will solely be used by Bradford Regional Medical Center and/or Olean General Hospital. Your request will be processed within 24 hours, during normal business hours, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
There are two ways to receive your YourHealth Hospital Patient Portal credentials. On your next visit to one of our affiliated hospitals, registration will request an email address from you. If provided, registration will print out a form with sign-up instructions and four pieces of your medical information:
