After your insurance company pays Brio Internal Medicine, you will receive a monthly billing statement, which indicates your balance due and/or deductible due. These amounts are payable to Brio Internal Medicine. The balance due is payable in full within 10 days of receipt of the monthly billing statement.
Our New Patient Registration Packet is available for you to download and complete at your convenience, prior to your appointment. Please remember to bring your driver’s license and insurance card to your first visit. Brio has three main types of visits: You have a sinus infection, the flu, etc. and need to be seen as soon as possible.

Your health insurance policy is a contract between you and your health insurance company. It is an agreement requiring your health insurance company to pay for covered medical care as long as you pay your portion of the policy. Brio accepts most private insurance plans . Please be aware that your co-pay or deductible is due at the time of service. It is your responsibility to inform us of changes with your insurance plan. Although we file claims for you, you are still responsible for your bill, regardless of the amount your insurance pays, except in cases of pre-negotiated insurance agreements and where legally prohibited.
