When is the balance due for Brio internal medicine?

These amounts are payable to Brio Internal Medicine. The balance due is payable in full within 10 days of receipt of the monthly billing statement. If you have questions about your account please call 864-603-5600. Please be aware that some – and perhaps all – of the services you receive may not be covered by your insurance policy.

What is Brio billing?

Brio is providing a new electronic medical record and billing system that utilizes a tool called a Patient Portal. The Patient Portal allows you to see key parts of your medical record, communicate with your care team, and participate in your care like never before.

What is a health insurance policy?

Your health insurance policy is a contract between you and your health insurance company. It is an agreement requiring your health insurance company to pay for covered medical care as long as you pay your portion of the policy. The health insurance company may not pay for every service you received.

What is proof of insurance?

Payment Policy. PROOF OF INSURANCE: You must provide a copy of your current health insurance card as proof of insurance. If you fail to provide us with the correct insurance information at the time of service, you may be responsible for the balance of your claim.

What time does 911 call?

For all medical emergencies, call 911. Our regular office hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday through Thursday and 7:00am - 1:45pm on Fridays. After hours, one of our providers is on call. Please call our office to speak with our nurse triage line.

Does Brio accept insurance?

Brio accepts most private insurance plans . Please be aware that your co-pay or deductible is due at the time of service. It is your responsibility to inform us of changes with your insurance plan. Although we file claims for you, you are still responsible for your bill, regardless of the amount your insurance pays, except in cases of pre-negotiated insurance agreements and where legally prohibited.

Is Brio closed?

Brio Internal Medicine offices are closed so our team can enjoy the following holidays with their families. However, we continue our 24-hour availability during holidays for urgent medical needs through our answering service.

Please note that family members cannot share a portal account. Adults 18 years or older should create their own HIPAA-compliant, secure patient portal account s using separate email addresses.
