What is a case manager at Brookwood Baptist?

Your case manager is a registered nurse who has advanced knowledge and experience with patients who have health problems similar to yours. The case manager will work with your physician, nurses and other professionals within the hospital to coordinate the services that are provided for you.

Can you leave the hospital alone?

A responsible adult MUST accompany you to the hospital and drive you home after your procedure. For your own safety, you will not be permitted to leave alone, even by bus or taxi.
