How long do you have to submit documentation for a hospital observation?

To ensure that your application is reviewed in a timely manner, please submit all forms and documentation at least 2-3 weeks prior to when you would like to observe. All documentation must be submitted to the Medical Staff Office at the hospital (s) where you wish to observe.

Medical staff and allied health professional (AHP) applicants are required to review and be familiar with the Bylaws and Rules and Regulations before joining staff. This policy makes all Broward Health campuses completely smoke free and therefore eliminates all designated smoking areas.

Free Tri-Rail Shuttle for Employees

Shuttles depart the Tri Rail Station when trains arrive. Shuttles in the AM will operate counter-clockwise starting from Andrews Avenue north to Broward Health Medical Center then south along SE 4th Avenue. Shuttles in the PM will operate clockwise starting from SE 4th Avenue traveling north to the Hospital then south along Andrews Ave.
