Our Physician Network - Primary Care Patient Portal offers you better communication with your physician's office by providing convenient, around the clock access from the comfort and privacy of your own home. View your latest test results, see your current medications and even send and receive messages from your physician's office.

Admission

Your admission to Candler County Hospital will be arranged by your doctor. If admitted from your doctor’s office, then arrive at registration department. It is important that you arrive timely, especially if surgery is scheduled for the next morning, so any necessary tests can be completed. Contact Us.

Before you Arrive

Pre-Certification : Most insurance plans require pre-certification for non-emergency visits to the hospital.

When you Arrive

Upon arrival to Candler County Hospital, please present to registration and they will contact your nurse to assure your room is ready. To complete your registration, please bring the following items with you: health insurance card (s), photo identification (driver’s license, etc.), physician’s order and list of current medications.
