How to do virtual visits?
Instructions for Virtual Visits 1 Once you are scheduled our front office will call you the day of the scheduled appointment to check you in and collect payment 2 Have computer, tablet, or phone available with a camera and microphone 3 Expect a connection email 5 to 10 minutes before scheduled appointment time 4 At time of appointment find a quiet place for the visit 5 Close all apps or programs on your device or computer, before appointment 6 Open the emailed link on a device 7 Go through the check-in process 8 Wait on device in virtual waiting room until Medical Assistant or Medical Provider connects 9 If this is a Medicare physical please have a pen and paper available
