Capital Health Medical Group offers two free online patient portals to give you access to your health information and information about any of your visits to our offices. One portal provides information for current visits. One portal provides information for visits prior to September 13, 2016.

The patient portal allows you to securely contact your physician, view your statements, and pay your bills online. In order to access the patient portal, you will need to create an account.
