If you do not have access to the portal, please contact your primary care location and they can walk you through the process to gain access.

Can I access the portal on my phone or mobile device? Yes. MyChildrensNationalPortal is available for both iOS and Android devices via a browser or mobile App. If the mobile device meets the requirements listed below, users can download Cerner’s HealtheLife app in order to access Children’s patient portal.
The provider portal platform has been upgraded from Gateway to MPages Reach for improved functionality and enhanced user experience.

If you were diagnosed with the measles or mumps, we would share your personal health#N#information, as required by law, through SCHIEx to report your diagnosis to the South#N#Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control. This helps DHEC work to#N#prevent the spread of the disease to others in you community.

Individuals have a right to access, inspect and obtain a copy of their Protected Health Information (PHI) for as long as the designated record set is maintained as deemed by law. All requests should be made through the HIM department.
Changes to patient names within the medical record and hospital systems should be made through the HIM department.

Faster Results: Tests and reports are now available as soon as they are finalized. Prior to this, some laboratory results and imaging reports were not available immediately after they were finalized. This change means that you may see test results before your care team is able to review them.
