myCornellHealth is a web portal designed to facilitate confidential communication between Cornell Health and our patients and clients. (NOTE: myCornellHealth is not used by Cornell Health’s Occupational Medicine department.) Your will be asked to enter your Cornell NetID and password, and your birthday.

Your health records are stored behind a firewall to prohibit unauthorized access. In addition, Weill Cornell Connect access requires a username and password that you create yourself.
Our teams are bringing key components of your current medical history into Connect, which you can review with your provider. Rest assured that your doctors will have access to your full record.
Any adult can be given access to another adult’s account, by granting portal proxy access. The portal proxy does not need to be a patient. The patient will need to complete the Connect Patient Portal Proxy Access Authorization form.

A health care proxy is someone who you authorize to make health care decisions for you if you become unable, even temporarily, to make health care decisions for yourself. Having someone you trust in this role can be critical in certain emergency situations.
Your confidential health record contains all the information you have provided to Cornell Health, plus documentation of any care you receive from us.
