How do I view my medical records at Crouse?

After setting up your account with a username and password, you or anyone else you designate, may view certain medical information related to your stay at Crouse. Upon discharge from our facility, you are able to view portions of your medical record, such as test results, immunizations, care plans and discharge instructions.

Under no circumstances should the Patient Portal be used for urgent messages. Use of the Portal is for non-urgent (routine) communication only, using secure messaging available in the Portal. Patient Portal messages are monitored and responded to during normal business hours. Is there a fee to use the Patient Portal?
