The eye doctors at CVP Physicians Dayton provide medical coverage 24 hours a day for our established patients. In the event of an emergency after regular hours, please call (937) 320-2020 and your message will be forwarded to our physician-on-call. We are here for you and we want to make sure you have the best patient experience possible.

How do I use the nextmd patient portal?

As a patient at our practice, you can use our NextMD Patient Portal to schedule appointments, request prescription refills, and communicate with your providers. Please register on the portal prior to your first appointment to fill out your new patient paperwork.
