How to Get Started
Get started today by enrolling in My Health Rec at your next inpatient visit. You can also set up your own patient portal account by using our self-enrollment tool. My Health Rec is available for all patients who have registered and had services provided to them from the facility.

No pe! New patients can self-schedule appointments. However, some types of appointments may need to be scheduled further out for new patients so we can collect medical release forms. If you are a new patient in need of a same-day appointment please call 603-537-1300 instead of booking online.
