Click the blue link in the email. You will then enter your birthday and the last four digits of your social security number to gain access to your My EAH account. What is self-enrollment for East Alabama health?

Self-enrollment is available for East Alabama Health patients who are age 19 or older who don't currently have access to My EAH Record. Provide your email address when registering. It will be required for you to access your My EAH account.
