Can I access the LCMC patient portal for someone else?

Proxy Access. You may request a LCMC Health Patient Portal account for yourself, for your minor children, and any other person who has given you written authority (a “Proxy”). You may not request or access a LCMC Health Patient Portal account for anyone else.

Financial Assistance

Financial Assistance is available to those who are eligible. If you or your family’s annual income is at or below the national poverty guidelines for this area, an application may be downloaded using the link to the right.

Payment Options

A convenience fee will apply when making payments by credit card or eCheck. For credit cards, the fee is 2.95% of the invoice amount (Minimum Transaction Amount: $2.00). For eChecks, the fee is $3.00.

How to protect your LCMC patient portal?

As a LCMC Health Patient Portal user, your role in maintaining the security of your medical information is: 1) Changing your password on a regular basis and 2) Keeping your login ID and password confidential. It is extremely important that you keep your login name and password completely confidential.

How to retrieve LCMC password?

If you lose or forget your username or password, you may retrieve it online via the Forgot Password link, by calling the toll-free number 866-662-6161 or email PatientPortal@lcmchealth.org. Be aware that sensitive information that you may not want others to see may be contained in the LCMC Health Patient Portal.

Can LCMC stop using patient portal?

LCMC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit or discontinue your use of the LCMC Health Patient Portal at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to your use of LCMC Health Patient Portal on behalf of another person.
