What is the number to call a patient at the hospital?

If you do not know a patient’s bedside telephone number, call 330-385-7200 and ask the hospital switchboard operator. However, each patient is strongly urged to give friends and relatives the number to the bedside phone so calls do not have to go through the switchboard.

To ensure that our patients get their rest, we ask that incoming calls be limited to between the hours of 7 a.m. and 10 p.m.

Can a child be left unattended at the hospital?

All children must be in the company of a responsible adult and may not be left unattended. Visitors are welcomed any time of day at the hospital. We offer free parking and valet service for all patients and visitors. When visiting, the attendant at the information desk near the main entrance will direct you to the patient's room.
