Benefits to using the App Catalog Now it is licensed for all Emory University and Emory Healthcare staff, faculty and students. After downloading the catalog, users are prompted to enter an Emory NetID and password for access. The internal app store offers several benefits.
BLUE Portal Most of our patients will use this portal. Access this portal if you see an outpatient provider within the Emory Clinic or have been hospitalized at an Emory hospital.
Portals provide physicians with a fast and easy way to communicate with chronically ill patients. They are a place to get complete and more accurate patient information. Portals empower patients to take ownership of their own healthcare, so they remain aware of the entire care process.
Among individuals who were offered a patient portal, about eight in 10 were encouraged by their health care provider to use it. Seventy-one percent of individuals encouraged by their health care provider accessed their portal at least once in the past year compared to 48 percent who were not encouraged.
The Emory Healthcare Patient Portal is a convenient and secure health-management tool you can use anywhere you have access to the Internet. Through the portal, you can: Correspond with your Emory Healthcare team. Request a prescription renewal from your Emory Healthcare team.
The HealtheLife app gives you easy mobile access to Fort HealthCare's MyCompass patient portal. The online medical records content shown in the app is the same information available on the website. You can download the app for iPhone and Android systems today.

“Emory uses a Cerner EMR platform, while Kaiser Permanente uses an Epic EMR platform,” Hammond said. “Emory was one of the first organizations in the country, through its HIE, to connect a Cerner EMR with an Epic EMR platform.”
October 1, 2022, Emory Healthcare will go live with Epic as its electronic medical record. With this transition, a new web portal called Emory Healthcare Link will also be available for external health care entities (e.g., referring providers).
