If you are an existing Esperanza patient with an urgent dental need, please call the Dental Clinic at 215-302-3156, M-F from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. We are providing dental cleanings for existing patients, with some limitations due to COVID-19. Please call 215-302-3156.
Esperanza patients currently have the option to receive COVID-19 testing at all three of our sites. If you have questions about testing please call 215-302-3600.
After creating your secure account, the Patient Portal can be used to conveniently access your health information at any time. This includes your personal health history, lab results, vaccine records, and even the ability to send a referral request to your health provider.
Esperanza Health Center patients are able to schedule free appointments for individual nutrition counseling or diabetes education at all three sites. We currently have two full-time bilingual Dietitians at our Kensington and Hunting Park sites and one part-time bilingual Dietitian at our Fifth Street site. Appointments can be made by speaking with your Esperanza clinician, clerical assistant or you can ask to speak with the Dietitian on-site during your doctor’s appointment.

All patients and visitors to Esperanza are asked to wear a face covering when coming to the health center; face coverings are provided at the entrance. Patients will be asked questions about their symptoms.

At Esperanza Behavioral Health and Services, patients have access to innovative psychiatric treatment for mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and schizophrenia. The practice also helps children and adults with autism and attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
In addition to psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and individual, group, and family psychotherapy, Esperanza Behavioral Health and Services offers innovative transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) treatments for depression. TMS is an FDA-approved alternative for patients who have not found relief through antidepressant medications.
Services are available in English and Spanish. The practice accepts most insurance plans, and appointments are available by calling the office or using the online scheduling tool .
