How do I sign up and register for the patient portal?

Self Enrollment: You can sign up and register for the Patient Portal by accessing our website. As part of our self-enrollment validation process, you will be asked to provide patient demographical information that match es information in your medical record.

Do you have a physician on call at Family Health?

Our office hours have been modified but we always have a physician on call available for you to speak to. For over 60 years, the caring physicians and staff at Family Health Associates have been treating York area families with quality medical services from routine exams and immunizations to minor surgeries.

Is family health associates open on Christmas Day 2019?
