Where is the FCHC behavioral health center located?

The Inpatient and Partial/IOP programs are located on the fifth floor of the Fulton County Health Center at 725 S. Shoop Avenue in Wauseon, Ohio. In February of 2021 the FCHC Behavioral Health Outpatient Department moved to 495 South Shoop Avenue on the Northwest corner of the Fulton County Health Center campus

How do I find a bathroom in FCHC?

dial 254-803-3561, then 2+ the room number as the extension. ADA compliant public restrooms are located across from the cafeteria on the first floor, and next to the waiting area on the second floor. Bathrooms in patient rooms are for the patients only in order to protect their health. FCHC is a tobacco-free environment.

How many hours a day is inpatient care?

Inpatient Services are provided 24 hours a day 7 days a week in a safe comfortable atmosphere. The Intensive Outpatient Program is offered Monday through Friday. Patients who are admitted to the inpatient program have the assurance they are receiving effective, focused treatment.
