First Care Clinic utilizes electronic forms upon check-in. Please arrive to your appointment 15 minutes early to complete the check-in process. Insured patients need to bring their insurance card along with their co-payment to their appointment.

Can First Care providers bill Medicare?

Medicare. I understand that First Care providers are not enrolled with Medicare; therefore, are unable to bill Medicare Part B for any services rendered. Furthermore, First Care providers have not opted out of Medicare and they are unable to collect payment from Medicare Part B recipients for covered services.
