What happens if you miss a no show appointment at Fort Wayne Pediatrics?

If there are 3 no-show or missed appointments in a year, the relationship between Fort Wayne Pediatrics and the patient will be terminated. The patient's caregiver will be sent a notice after the second encounter explaining that another missed/no show will be grounds for dismissal from the practice.

What is a walk in clinic?

Walk-in hours are designed to best address acute illness, an illness with a rapid onset lasting less than 72 hours of duration. Examples include sore throats, earaches, cold symptoms, and fevers. If your child is experiencing a chronic illness, an illness that is persistent longer than 1 week, a recurring illness, or an illness already under management by a primary care physician, your child will be best served by seeing the primary care physician at a scheduled appointment time which allots the appropriate amount of time for the visit. An appointment is not needed to be seen in the walk-in clinic.

Payments

Payment for services rendered and copays are required by your insurance carrier to be paid in full at the time of your visit.
