This recognition was earned based on meeting high standards in the delivery of care to patients. We are the only practice in our service area receiving this national designation.
Veterans are welcome at our office! We accept Tricare and VA Health Care Benefits. Please call the office for more details. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, CareSource, WellCare, Amerigroup, Peach State, Blue Cross, United Health and many other insurance plans.
All primary health services are available on a sliding fee scale based on family income. Patients who qualify will be entitled to a discount on medical, dental, and behavioral health care. The office receptionist has details for those interested.
We participate in the 340B Drug Assistance Program. Under this program patients without insurance may qualify for discounted medications from one of the 12 local pharmacies in our network.
