To make an appointment please call (802) 728-7000. Due to COVID-19, Gifford has updated our visitor policy. Access to the medical center and clinics is limited. What is a patient portal and how do I use it?

The goal of our Patient Portals are to help you better manage your health information so you can stay informed about your health. Here you can easily and securely access up-to-date health information, medication history, upcoming appointments, test results, discharge instructions, and more, whether you’re at home, work, or out of town.

How do I set up a secure patient portal account?

Setting up a secure account starts by speaking with a member of our Patient Registration team and requesting activation of your Patient Portal. After providing an email address you will receive an email containing a link and instructions on how to complete the Patient Portal registration process, including how to set your password.
