How do I make a payment to Grand River Medical Group?

Pay by phone- Call Patient Accounts at (563) 589-4030 between 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday to pay with a credit card. Pay by mail- Send your payment to Grand River Medical Group, Patient Accounts, 1515 Delhi Street, Suite 100, Dubuque, IA 52001.

How do I unlock my Grand River Patient Portal account?

To unlock your account call Grand River Medical Group Patient Portal Support Line at (563) 589-4080, Option 1, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday - Friday excluding Holidays. A staff member will assist you with unlocking your account.

What is the patient portal and how does it work?

The patient portal is a secure way for you to access your health information online. It is a great way for you to actively participate in your medical care. You can: Manage your and your child's health information online. Currently, ages 12-17 are not eligible for portal access. Send a message to your doctor.

Payment Method

At Grand River Medical Group we accept payment for services by cash, personal check, cashier’s check, money order, credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). Do not send cash in the mail.

Financial Assistance

If you cannot pay your balance in full call Patient Financial Services (563) 589-4048, to discuss payment plan options.

Insurance Payment Information

Call the member services number on the back of your card or visit their website. Insurance benefits vary by plan and carrier. We participate with most local and many national insurance plans.

Self-Pay Information
