How do I enroll in Garrett Regional Medical Center patient portal?

If you received a Patient Portal pamphlet from a recent visit to Garrett Regional Medical Center and your email address is on file, click Enroll and fill in the fields to receive your one time user name and password. You must have your Medical Record number to enroll.

How do I sign up for the patient portal?

The paper application must be signed in front of the Patient Liaison or HIM personnel and the parent and/or legal guardian must show proof of identification (i.e., driver’s license, which will be copied). You will receive an email with your one time Logon ID and password. You will then go to the Sign In link to access the Patient Portal.
