To access your physician billing, Harborview statements for dates of service prior to March 27, 2021, you will need to access the existing Harborview physician portal. Online payment for these balances will be through your MyChart account, or through MyChart's "pay as guest" feature.

You will have access to the billing information for which you are financially responsible without any additional set-up required.
If you already had eCare, your account automatically updated to MyChart on March 27. UW Medicine’s other patient portals – known as Cerner and Mobile MD – retired on March 27. If you were previously using another patient portal, see the directions above to create a new patient account.

Billing access is controlled separately from clinical details. Access to billing-related details, including statements, ability to pay, and billing letter communications is available only to the person who is financially responsible (known as the guarantor).
Proxies will not have access to billing information. If you are responsible for more than just your own bill, you will see all of your accounts as separate tiles on the billing home page within MyChart.

To enroll in the patient portal, you must receive services at one of our locations. To create an account, you may self-enroll here. Alternatively, you may contact the location where you received care and tell them you would like to make an account. Registration requires an email and a valid ID.

The RWJBarnabas Health Patient Portal is a free service that provides convenient access to your personal health care information in a secure online environment. With the patient portal, you can view select test results, access your medical records and track your health information.

Due to the sensitive nature of radiology and pathology test results, these are not available on the patient portal and must be obtained through the hospital’s Health Information Department.
