The Patient Portal is a website that provides secure, online access to portions of your electronic medical record. You can view a summary of recent visits, your health conditions, medications, and lab results. Even more features will be added in the future.
You may access the Patient Portal from anywhere and at anytime using a computer or electronic device with an internet connection. Visit https://login.mycarecorner.net/signin.aspx to sign up or log in if you already have an account.
The Patient Portal shows part of your medical record, including a summary of recent Emergency Room visits and Inpatient hospitalizations. Complete medical records are available from our Health Information Department.
The Patient Portal is a free service provided by Harrison County Community Hospital.
