You Choose the When and the Where
Access Patient Portal. Click Settings > Patient Portal . The Patient Portal Dashboard page launches in a web browser. An alternate way to access the Patient Portal is to: Open a web browser and type portal.kareo.com in the address bar. Click For Doctors on the bottom. The Patient Portal landing page opens. Click Sign in on the upper right.

Download the Healow app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. You can click on the App store link for your device found at the bottom of your Portal Login email. 2. Enter the Practice Code abceaa and select the 'Login' button.
Go to the Healow app on your phone and log in. The appointments icon should be in RED when it's time for your visit. Tap on the red appointments icon. 2) You should see your scheduled visit and the details of your appointment.

Click the Can't access your account link. Click Forgot Password. Enter your First Name, Last Name, and Date of Birth. Once this information has been submitted, you will receive an e-mail with the password reset link.

TeleVisit basics A TeleVisit is a one-on-one “virtual” office visit with your doctor. Initially, these face-to-face online appointments were conceived as a way to connect geographically distanced patients with healthcare providers.
Health care providers, hospitals and insurance plans may offer online records that you can access. Apps and programs can help you manage health records—ask your primary care doctor for recommendations. If you use any online tools, be sure to record (and share with a backup contact) the log-ins and passwords.
MyHealth Records mobile app has the same tools and functionality as the online version, with the added benefit of being able to access your health information from the palm of your hand. You can monitor and track your own health and wellbeing at any time in any place.
