COVID-19 Vaccines

For HopeHealth patients ages 5-11, HopeHealth administers the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine at Pediatrics in Florence and Pediatrics in Manning by appointment only. For HopeHealth patients ages 12-17, at this time, please seek your vaccine at one of our community partners.

Our pediatric infectious disease pediatrician, Dr. Michael K. Foxworth II, is one of just a handful of pediatric infectious disease specialists in the state of South Carolina. He is trained in the diagnosis and treatment of many different types of infectious diseases and infections.

Radiology Services. HopeHealth Medical Plaza offers diagnostic x-ray imaging Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, and ultrasound imaging Tuesday-Thursday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.
