How long does innovative Express Care take to get results?

We usually get the lab test back in 2-4 days, and the rapid result will be given to by 9 PM on the same day (we will text you with the results). Innovative Express Care accepts most insurance plans (PPOs, Medicare, and the Advocate hospital system HMO).

What is Express Urgent Care?

(That’s the “Express” part). Our clinic provides the urgent care you need in a timely manner and at an affordable cost. Don’t want to come in? Try telemedicine! More... This is our most popular telemedicine choice. This is for patients who feel or have been told they may have Attention Deficit Disorder.

COVID-19 Testing

Innovative Express Care is offering COVID-19 testing daily in our outdoor medical tent. If you feel you need COVID-19 testing, you can schedule your tent COVID-19 testing and evaluation. Insurance is accepted for all visits (we take most PPOs, Medicare, and Advocate HMO insurances).

Get your Illinois Medical Card now from a doctor’s clinic that you can trust! Our patients can now use their own medical insurance to be patients at our primary care clinic. After two visits, the physician can recommend you for the Illinois Medical Card.

Where is Innovative Express Care located?

Khare and the Innovative team were ordering personal protective equipment for employees, purchasing supplies and aligning with labs for processing. This early planning allowed Innovative Express Care to immediately respond and begin testing patients when the virus arrived. An outdoor medical testing tent was erected in the parking lot, which provided a safe environment to see COVID-19 patients. We have since moved to two larger testing sites, located at 1111 W. Diversey Parkway, Chicago & 4115 Fairview Avenue, Downers Grove. Our team has performed more than 250,000 COVID-19 virus swabs to date.
