The Inspira Patient Portal information comes directly from your electronic medical record at Inspira. How do I access my Inspira Medical Records?

Access or Request Medical Records Medical records can be accessed online, by mail, or by fax. The easiest way to see and update your medical records is using the Inspira Patient Portal or MyInspira app.

Practice staff, for example receptionists, are never told of your confidential consultations. However, they do have access to your records in order to type letters, file and scan incoming hospital letters and for a number of other administrative duties. They are not allowed to access your notes for any other purpose.
