What is the patient portal and how does it work?

The Patient Portal allows you to access some of your diagnostic lab results, send messages to staff, view medication orders, sign consent forms, receive results and medication instructions (when in treatment cycle), and view your treatment cycle flowsheet.

How do I sign up for the secure patient portal?

Sign up for your personal Secure Patient Portal account by calling our office, or you may sign up during a scheduled visit. dial 911 immediately. Otherwise, if you have an urgent medical need that cannot wait until regular office hours, you may call (205) 877-2761.

What time does the IRMs office open?

IRMS’ Livingston office is open Monday to Friday from 8:30am – 4:30pm. Blood work and monitoring hours are from 6:30am – 7:30am (doors open at 6:00am). The Livingston office provides both Telemedicine, as well as, in-person appointments. Our specialists provide the full array of fertility treatments.
