Does Jackson Hospital have a patient portal?

Jackson Hospital inpatient and outpatient services includes access to a secure, patient portal. The practices of the Hospital – Chipola Surgical & Medical Specialties, Chipola QuickCare, and Internal Medicine Associates of Jackson Hospital – also have a separate, secure patient portal for their patients’ use.

How do I enroll in the patient portal?

Enroll in the Patient Portal by either completing the online self-enrollment process or by filling out an enrollment form and returning it to the JCMH registration area, the JCMH Health Information Management department or a JCMH Medical Clinic receptionist.

Is Jackson-Madison County General Hospital accredited?

How to create a health care account?

To create an account for yourself, register online or ask your health care provider to email you an invitation during your next visit. If you register online, you can choose to receive an access code via email or text message. That code will be used to create your new account.
