What is myjeffersonhealth and how does it work?

MyJeffersonHealth gives you free, online access to your Jefferson Health medical record whenever you want it. Through a secure, internet connection, MyJeffersonHealth allows you to exchange messages with your provider, request appointments, renew prescriptions, check your test results and much more.

What will happen to my existing patient portals in myjeffersonhealth?

At this time, your existing Patient Portals ( MyLink/My Doctor and MyLink/My Hospital) will no longer be updated; but they will be available for you to review or download your historical medical information. Set up your own private MyJeffersonHealth account.

Can I send messages requiring urgent medical attention from myjeffersonhealth?

URGENT MEDICAL MATTERS: Please do not use MyJeffersonHealth to send messages requiring urgent attention. For urgent medical matters call your doctor's office or 911. Need Help? Email us at mychart@jefferson.edu

What do I do if I am having trouble using the patient portal?

If you have any difficulty using the Patient Portal, please feel free to contact Mr. John Jackson, Eligibility Worker, at 601-786-3475, Extension 1018, or you may speak with any of JCHC’s Front Desk Receptionists/Staff for further assistance. “ Your Health is Our Business!”

What is My Chart?

My Chart Providence Washington offers secure online access to portions of your electronic health record (EHR), called Epic. It enables you to securely use the Internet to receive and help manage information about your health, such as prescription refills and health records.

What is OpenNotes

Each time you have an appointment or discussion with your clinician, he or she describes what happened in a note. Notes often start by listing the symptoms or questions you have.
