How do I get to Jersey Shore University Medical Center?

The parking entrance for Jersey Shore University Medical Center will be on the left. Take Route 35 South to Corlies Avenue (also Route 33) in Neptune. Turn Right onto Corlies Avenue heading West (Route 33) for approximately 1/2 mile. The parking entrance for Jersey Shore University Medical Center will be on the right.

What is the new patient portal for Shore Medical Center?

Shore Medical Center launched a new patient portal on August 28, 2018. If you have not yet done so, you will need to sign up for the new portal in order to view their Shore Medical Center records online at your convenience.

WEST LONG BRANCH OFFICE

Located in the 2-story red brick building also housing Santander Bank. Parking is available in the rear. Monmouth Rd is also Route 71

MANALAPAN office

We are located in the "Meridian 195" building, just south of the Shell and Wendy's. There is also an entrance on Taylors Mills Rd, following the low "Wendy's" entrance signs. Some GPS/Map systems identify "Englishtown" others "Manalapan"

You can sign into MyChart, our online patient portal to see your records. Or you can request copies from the hospital's Health Information Department.

Parking and Directions

Patients and guests can enter the medical center campus from Route 33, following easy access from the Garden State Parkway or Routes 18, 34 and 35 (see detailed directions below). For most outpatient services, you should drive around the loop road to the other side of the hospital.
