Once you are enrolled, you can access Johns Hopkins MyChart from your smartphone, tablet or computer. Visit mychart.hopkinsmedicine.org or download the app from the iTunes or Google Play stores. Parents/guardians can request a proxy account and will have full access to the child’s MyChart information.
In order for you to access your information on-line, you will need to provide us with an email address, which will be used only to send pertinent information about creating a login and password to allow access to your electronic health information through our website portal.
