The patient portal is not intended to provide internet based diagnostic medical services. The following limitations apply: No internet based triage and treatment requests. All clinical problems must be addressed in the office. Diagnosis can only be made and treatment rendered after the patient is SEEN by a provider.
Starting June 28, 2021, CMA patients will be transitioning to the same Patient Portal that all Lawrence General Hospital patients currently use. CMA will archive each patient’s entire medical record collection for exactly one year. These can be accessed in the Health Portal we are transitioning away from.

Yes. Patient Portal passwords are encrypted and URLs are re-written so that they cannot be copied and pasted. You and authorized family members are the only ones who can access your portal. Also, a timeout feature protects your information if you leave the Patient Portal page open.
