How do Lake regional patients access their health information?

Beginning June 15, 2019, Lake Regional patients access their health information using two portals. The below information is for the clinic patient portal. This new portal, called HEALTHConnect, provides information about clinic visits, as well as results of labs and diagnostic imaging related to clinic visits.

What is the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital Patient Portal?

The patient portal, offered by Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital, is a convenient, secure health management tool you can use anywhere you have access to the Internet. It provides access to important information about you and your visit (s) to our hospital.

How do I log in to the patient portal?

To log in to either the hospital portal or the clinic portal, return to the main Patient Portal page. To begin, click below for step-by-step instructions or choose register. You must have an email address on file at Lake Regional Health System. How do I enroll in the Patient Portal?

Where do I send my mail to Lake Regional Hospital?

Mail forms to Lake Regional Hospital, ATTN: Patient Access Services, 54 Hospital Drive, Osage Beach, MO 65065. If your test or procedure is scheduled to take place in less than two business days, you may call the appropriate number below to preregister over the phone.

Express Care Walk-in Clinics

To manage unusually high volumes in our Express Care, we are limiting COVID testing to patients who have COVID symptoms. We cannot provide testing for travel, events, exposures or return to work. Also, if you are not experiencing symptoms, please do not visit the Emergency Department for testing.

Two Ways to Create Your MyHealthHome Account

Enrollment Invitation – Lake Norman Regional Medical Center will send a text and / or email to the email address and / or cell phone number you provided upon registration to the hospital. Follow the instructions in that message to create your account.

Note to previous Portal Users

Previous Portal Users will need to create an account with MyHealthHome in order to continue accessing their personal health information. Information contained in the previous patient portal can still be accessed by contacting your local hospital. Click here for information on how to do that.

Where do you check in for a test at the hospital?

When you arrive at the hospital for your test or procedure, you must check in at the Patient Registration desk near the main entrance of the hospital. You will need to check in to complete the registration process even if you have preregistered.
