How do I sign up for mylghealth?

All fields are required. MyLGHealth lets our patients access personal health information and connect with their doctor's office, all from one place. All online. It's easy to sign-up and the service is free. Register for MyLGHealth online or stop by your provider's office and ask for your personal activation code.

What is the new patient portal for CMA patients?

Starting June 28, 2021, CMA patients will be transitioning to the same Patient Portal that all Lawrence General Hospital patients currently use. CMA will archive each patient’s entire medical record collection for exactly one year. These can be accessed in the Health Portal we are transitioning away from.
