Visit the Patient Portal. From the Portal Login page, select “Pay a bill” (you do NOT have to log in). Enter the cardholder’s information along with payment information. Make sure you include the account number for the bill you are trying to pay.
For other kinds of appointments, or if you do not see any openings, you may submit the appointment request form and a patient service representative will send you a reply message through the portal with appointment options. You can view upcoming and past appointments by clicking My Appointments.
In either case, an email will be sent to the minor prompting him or her to establish their new separate Patient Portal account. Once a minor creates his or her Patient Portal account, the minor can then choose to grant access to a parent or guardian.
You can request an appointment anytime online via your computer or mobile device. To request an appointment online, first login to the Patient Portal. Then click Request an Appointment.
