If you haven’t used MyChart before, you’ll need to sign up. You can enter your MyOchsner Activation Code if you have received an enrollment letter from us, or you can sign up for MyChart online if you haven’t received a letter or if you’ve never seen an Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport provider before.
We have partnered with LCMC Health for use of their electronic medical record known as EPIC. With the EPIC MyChart Patient Portal, your doctors are at your fingertips. If you have an existing MyChart account with LCMC Health, you do not need to create a new account.

Mental health support through teletherapy sessions to discuss current concerns, coping strategies to address those concerns, and when appropriate to connect students with other local resources to address their needs. When appropriate, priority visits are available onsite.

The LSU Student Health Center is open and committed to meeting the health and wellness needs of students with telehealth visits in the Medical Clinic, Mental Health Service, and Wellness and Health Promotion. In addition, onsite Medical Clinic visits are available, by appointment only and onsite priority visits are available in Mental Health Service and Wellness and Health Promotion.
