Now accepting new patients! We offer preventative care services at our Rural Health Clinic. From annual checkups to routine vaccines and screenings, we’ve got you covered.

Nursing Home

Stockhoff is our award-winning nursing home. It is hospital-based, which means you have peace of mind, and your loved one has immediate access to urgent care and physicians in-house 24 hours per day.

Home Health

Our Home Health Agency provides in home care for the home bound patient. Services are available nights, weekends, and holidays. A registered nurse is on call 24 hours per day.
